It was a Google doodle logo for the game’s 30th anniversary on May 22, 2010. It was taken down but you can still play the game.
To play the game, click the ‘insert coin’ button. If you want to play two players, click insert coin again. To move Mr. Pacman use your arrows buttons. To move Mrs. Pacman use AWSD keys.
The game is created using Javascript. You can save as the page and play again later without internet connection.
